Detta är Elitjuniorgruppen
Elitjuniorgruppen är Forsgårdens representationslag och till för klubbens bästa juniorer. Spelare som ingår i denna gruppen tränar året runt och tävlar frekvent på Sveriges olika juniortourer. Spelare i denna grupp blir uttagna att representera Forsgårdens juniorelitlag vid olika lagtävlingar.
Innehåll
Som spelare i Elitjuniorgruppen tränar du året runt. Vi periodiserar den organiserade träningen så att den matchar den period vi befinner oss i. Eftersom spelarna tränar året runt så blir det mer teknikträning under vintern och mer spel och tävling under sommaren. Vi erbjuder spelarna ett brett utbud av träning och täcker träning inom följande områden; teknik, strategi, fys, mentalt och socialt.
Som spelare i Elitjuniorgruppen ingår följande innehåll:
Golfträning 3h/vecka under Vår-Höst-Vinter terminen
Fysträning / Screening med individuella pass tillsammans med Christian Berg
Spelträning under vår och höstterminen 1 gång/vecka på Kungsbanan
Fria bollar på rangen
2 utvecklingssamtal/år
Pris: 2550 kr / termin
